Simply browse through our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and checkout securely right here on our website. If you need help, feel free to message us on Instagram or WhatsApp—we’re always happy to help!

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship all over pakistanFor international orders, please reach out to us directly at orders@tinitinytreasures.com or DM us on Instagram to check availability and shipping rates.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. During sales or festivals, it might take a little longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait! 💖

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS via postex. If you haven’t received it within 5 days, please email us at orders@tinitinytreasures.com with your order number.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’re happy to help! Please email or WhatsApp us within 12 hours of placing the order to make changes. Once it's shipped, we won't be able to modify it.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

9. Are your products safe for kids?
Yes! Most of our products are mom-approved and safe for kids above 3 years. However, some small parts (like charms or clips) can pose a choking hazard, so we always recommend adult supervision for young children.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
Absolutely! We love adding a personal touch. Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll wrap your order with extra love and a handwritten message (charges apply for gift package).
